Sunday, May 13, 2012—Annual Meeting,
Annual Bill, etc.
Summer is rapidly approaching, with the
accompanying increased demand on your water system. Members of the
Board of Directors who winter elsewhere are beginning to return to the Brazos,
and Board activities are increasing.
The annual meeting of the Brazos Mutual
Domestic Water Consumers Association (BMDWCA) will be held at 1 P.M. on
Sunday, May 27, 2012 at the Brazos Canyon Volunteer Fire Department
building on State Route 512. Refreshments will be
served and there will be drawings for door prizes. We hope to see
you all there.
By now, you should have received your annual
statement. All fees are due on June 1, 2012. You are reminded
that delinquent accounts are subjected to various penalties, including
having a lien placed on your property and losing your membership; see the Rules
and Regulations for details. If you have not received a
statement, it is probably because we do not have your complete contact
info, so you should contact us immediately.
You should have also received the PresidentŐs
annual report, a ballot for voting for new Board candidates, and an
announcement of the annual membersŐ meeting. If you have not
received an envelope containing this material, you should contact us
